Access the Wallet
After signing in, From the main menu choose “My Account”. Then choose “Wallet” to see your balance and the top-up button.
Choose Payment Method
Top up via bank transfer or online payment (Card / Apple Pay).
Transfer the Amount
Transfer the desired amount to the bank account shown on the top-up page.
Upload the Receipt
After transferring, upload the receipt image using the form.
Wait for Approval
Your request will be reviewed and the wallet credited shortly.

Terms & Conditions
Your access/use is subject to KSA laws. Any changes take effect upon posting.
Use & Membership
- Users must be 18+ with legal capacity.
- User must reside in KSA.
- Provide accurate, complete info.
- Create account with mobile number and account type.
- Complete profile and attach documents (individual/company). Invoices issue with these details and cannot be edited later.
- Pay subscription to enable bidding/buying.
- User is responsible for account activity.
- Report any unauthorized use immediately.
- Offers exclude 15% VAT.
Usage Restrictions
- Do not upload files you don’t own rights to.
- No harmful files or malware.
- Do not post unlawful content.
- Do not interfere with app operation.
Termination
- We may suspend accounts without notice upon violations.
- Misleading info may lead to suspension or deletion.
Deposit & Plans
- Deposit is SAR 10,000 as seriousness guarantee, not deducted from purchase price.
- Payment only via in-app methods.
Forfeiture of Deposit
- If you win and don’t pay within 72h, deposit may be forfeited and legal action taken.
Inspection
- Users may inspect the vehicle before bidding; placing a bid implies inspection.
- Bids are for the vehicle “as-is” (e.g., salvage). Company is not liable for apparent/latent defects.
- The buyer shall bear the withdrawal fees in addition to VAT separately for each vehicle. The pricing value does not include these fees.
- Company is not responsible for missing keys/plates, etc.
1) Ownership Transfer
- Buyer bears all costs (insurance/transfer/renewal).
- Transfer or deregistration within 5 business days.
- If obstacles exist, refund may be requested 45 business days after reporting.
2) Vehicle Release
- No release before full settlement.
- No release before transfer/deregistration.
- Tow within 3 days, else SAR 50/day yard fee.
3) Penalties
- Deposit forfeited if buyer backs out or fails to pay within 72h of invoice.
- Permanent ban upon repeated violation.
- Company may seek legal compensation for losses if bids are raised and not honored.
